Weight Vest training can improve your speed, power, endurance and vertical leap. Get lean and strong by adding more weight to your training.
Begin by adding 4 to 7% of your bodyweight to the vest. Add more weight as your conditioning improves.
You can order Medium or Large loaded with either 20lbs or 42lbs. Note that the additional charge for a full vest includes the cost of the weights and additional shipping fee.
